I love that it helps me organize my practice with all of the different billing items and that I can easily track patient's files. The interface makes it easy to keep up to date with insurance changes as they come through. We love that we are able to have access our records from home at any time instead of having staff come in every week during busy times with many patients or waiting until off hours when business is slow! I wish it could go back farther than 3 months but overall all great features so far not much dislikes as yet!! I love that it provides everything we need to be able to do our business in one place! It's great because you can access your appointments as well as patient notes at anytime from anywhere with ease. There are many functions available but sometimes they don't work very well when someone is using them remotely.
