Review on OptiMantra by Jeff Bridgewater

We love that we are able to have access our records from home at any time instead of having staff come in every week during busy times with many patients or waiting until off hours when business is slow! I wish it could go back farther than 3 months but overall all great features so far not much dislikes as yet!! Would definitely recommend this software if you require online scheduling/records management services without full fledged practice assistance needed. The ease of use and the ability to create patient folders is great! And it has an excellent customer service team that will help you with any questions or issues that you may have. I would like more options in creating patient folders. It's too easy to make mistakes when creating them. Try it out if you're looking for a better way to organize your files. We are trying to improve our filing system and this software helps us do that.
