Can't comment until I try it. It was a Friday night, my wife was away, and lately I've been eating to lose weight. But I had a fondness for fried fish. Hmmm no roast but I know I'll try the packets. So I semi-thawed 4 small tilapia fillets until I could wash down the Yangtze. Then I took a can of chopped white potatoes, drained them and washed them. I couldn't find any onions, so I had to settle for a healthy dose of the dehydrated variety. I threw everything in a salt and pepper bag and gave it 6 minutes max. I wasn't expecting much but it will be pretty low in calories. I grabbed the bag after it drained a bit and threw it onto my plate. It was actually very good! No, not as good as if the same ingredients were deep fried, but still very good and cooked to perfection. Oil wasn't needed so I'm sure it was within my calorie budget and it was enough. I will definitely do it again as it's difficult to make low cal and hearty meals.
