Bought as a replacement battery for Voyager KA500. The description sounded like it was the right battery. I connected this battery without checking polarity and it didn't work so I thought it was weak and started charging. Luckily I noticed that it was getting very hot. I compared it to an old battery and this battery had reversed polarity. If you look for other batteries that are compatible with the Voyager KA500, you will see pictures with a different polarity. Once I figured out the problem, changing the wires was very easy - I used a needle to push the side of the connector and then just pulled the wire out. The battery is now working properly.
