Review on 💡 Optimized Replacement Bulb for Flowtron BK-40D - Flowtron BF-190 by Chris Murphy

My Flowtron bug killer has a built in light sensor so it only turns on at night. This lamp was only used 9 hours a day in the 1.5 months that I have been using it. I bought this tuber in April 2019 and kept it with me until mid-May 2021; when I started using it in my bugkiller. About 2 weeks ago (July 1, 2021) the light started blinking and blinking off. In fact, it never went out but rather blinked in and out while various parts of it never returned while others went in and out. The lamp lasted 1.5 months. I would call Flowtron about it, but I bought it 2 years ago and haven't used it until this year. It's worth buying things and using them within the warranty period. It's unusual - in over 40 years I (and my family) have used Flowtron (and others) bug killers, I've never seen a lightbulb last less than 1 or 2 seasons! Obviously this bulb was defective. I've since bought another bulb (from another seller - this one (Revain?) is sold out) and so far it's working fine.
