While I understand it being inflatable I thought it would be more durable with a water base. My son takes MMA classes (he is 9 years old) and due to lockdown his classes are now being held via Zoom and the kids have been encouraged to buy bags to train at home for online classes. That being said, I wasn't planning on spending $300-$600 of money I don't have for a month or two of online training on a traditional heavy bag, so we researched and bought this. While the water base holds the bag in place, any press will make this thing fly. So now in every class my son takes, I have to sit and hold the sack so he punches and kicks properly. So to speak. My 3 year old knocks this thing to the ground.
