I bought this bag less than 2 months ago; i used it for about a month and the zippers are already broke. As a road-warrior for over 17 years, I've learned over the years that a good quality bag producer will invest on the best zippers/closures. This one has failed miserably. Unforutnately, I waited about a month to start using the bag after I bought it and now I cannot return it. 45 dollars wasted.
- A gorgeous bag, perfect for everyday use! Not too heavy, with adjustable straps and convenient pockets.
- Shoulder strap that said it would be included was not. Overall bag looks great and seems durable.
