Good stain resistance and easy to clean. Used for a year on an outdoor table with 90% sunny days and 50-80 degrees all year round. The fiber broke after a year and tears almost as easily as paper. I think no washing machine will survive it, although I washed it 2-3 times a year without tears. I think it would have lasted much longer if it hadn't been in direct sunlight all the time. I will buy another one because I don't have a better alternative for the price.
