K&N make quality products. An aftermarket fitment may work well for some brands, but with this K&N filter it fits BETTER than the OEM. It is much denser than a factory paper filter, ensuring no dirty air or debris can get in. If you're looking for performance or a significant increase in fuel economy, you'll be disappointed. The gain is extremely small, and anyone who says they can "feel" the difference is believing in the placebo effect. The reason I keep buying K&N air filters for all my vehicles is their QUALITY. Being able to wash and reuse them is also an added bonus!
