Just as I hoped

I like to cook homemade "fast food breakfasts" from time to time and order them to create real hockey puck eggs that a famous restaurant ("Billions and sold billions"). I was afraid they would be covered in tin or other cheap junk that would rust in the dishwasher, but from what I can tell they appear to be solid stainless steel, which is what I was hoping for. The key to using it successfully is to coat the inside of the rings with plenty of oil and then heat them and the pan before cracking in an egg or two. Once the eggs are cooked you will need tongs or tongs to lift the rings by their very hot little handles while gently pulling out the cooked eggs. There is a trick to boiling an egg so it flips without burning the bottom and I start with a very hot pan and then turn off the heat once the eggs are half cooked so the pan is simmering at the time , where I turn them over, finished is narrower finished. cools down a little and the eggs will turn less brown on the underside. These rings take a little practice, but once you get the hang of them, they're just what you need to start making fast food breakfast sandwiches at home, and because they're made of durable stainless steel, they won't rust in the dishwasher. .
