I've been using hobby knives like this for years to make balsa models. This one is better than most due to the larger diameter handle and rubber grip. It also seems that the blade doesn't come out as easily during use as most when unscrewed. The only problem is the loose lid that falls off easily. In one of the reviews there is a video of how this happens. However, I have found that this can be largely remedied by taping off the connector area of the cover to close the gap in the connector. This tightens the lid's fit, but it's still not the best coverage. I'm deducting 1 star for this reason, when I should have deducted half a star. This is still a very good knife and a buy recommendation.
