I just installed them on my 2018 4Runner. They fit perfectly, both the seat and the backrest over the headrest. The connecting straps seem to fold well and it was a bit of a hassle to get under the seat to connect them, but they hook together well and keep the seat cover in place perfectly. The seat cover will not slip or fall off. Exactly what I wanted to protect the leather seat and also add some seat padding for comfort.
