Initial setup was difficult. No connection to the MESH router was established. I called Netgear support. The first call went to the wrong department. Finally got to the Orbi Pro department and the tech was very helpful. However, the phone was turned off pending permission. I called again and spoke to a second technician. Again very helpful person but again we were turned off. Later I tried to complete the setup myself by restarting the device. After several hours of waiting, it finally connected to the mesh router and is working fine. When calling technical support, make sure you first provide a phone number where they can call you back.
