that's awful, could be good if you're just thinking about photography but if your intention is videos (and why need a camera that records 4k if you don't want to record video?) It's TERRIBLE, impossible to zoom in or out smoothly. The ORIGINAL 18-50 Lens Kit is so smooth you can even zoom in or out without notice while the 50-200 is so difficult that you have to be strong on the ring to zoom in or out and it is very notorious jump. NOT SUITABLE FOR VIDEOS. I AM CONSIDERING TO SEND IT BACK, I ONLY RECEIVED THIS 4 DAYS AGO. I will try again with static photos, but I hope SAMSUNG comes up with something better. IT IS PRICELESS.
