might be good if you're just thinking about photography

that's awful, could be good if you're just thinking about photography but if your intention is videos (and why need a camera that records 4k if you don't want to record video?) It's TERRIBLE, impossible to zoom in or out smoothly. The ORIGINAL 18-50 Lens Kit is so smooth you can even zoom in or out without notice while the 50-200 is so difficult that you have to be strong on the ring to zoom in or out and it is very notorious jump. An amazing lens with great power and clarity!

As with my NX30 review, I'd like to start by saying that I'm by no means a "photographer". I literally bought the camera with no photography experience to see if this was a hobby I would want to take up, so my experience is based solely on non-technical/new user experiences. I took the NX30 which came with an 18 inch lens. 55mm and was looking for a lens that would give me a bit more zoom capability as the standard lens wasn't enough for some of the shots I wanted to take. The best telephoto lens in the NX family at a reasonable price, but I'm still missing a 400mm lens for my NX1

This lens was developed by the world of Nikon and similar to the Nikkor 55 -300, but is much better on video. Although it's not a Samsung NX VideoPro lens, it offers smoother zooming and focusing in my opinion. It doesn't emit the tone of Nikkor lenses and delivers a very clear image despite its small size.
