Insufficient fit

This rubber piece with cute patches makes collar shrinkage difficult. I love the soft Pawtitas harness so I decided to buy one for my new pup. She's a toy breed: the Maltipoo. When I bought it it only weighed 2.2 pounds. It suits her too much. Even after I managed to get past that piece of rubber, it was still too big. I hope she grows into it later because it's very cute. Just thought it was made for small puppies as I bought the smallest size. Next time I'll grab the cheapest ones from the pet store and buy Pavita when she's fully grown.
