Review on Power Steering Pump 21-5229 Compatible with Toyota Tacoma 3.4L V6 (1995-2004), Toyota 4Runner 3.4L V6 (1996-2002), Toyota T100 3.4L V6 (1995-1998) - Power Assist Pump by Juan Harrington

Installed a brand new pump on my 2001 Tacoma 3.4L Automatic 4x4. The pump immediately started humming. Spin the wheel lock-to-lock a few times and still whine. Yes, I used the correct fluid that Toyota requires. Yes, I raised the wheels off the ground to relieve any pressure that might have been thrown at the steering rack. The pump still howls after driving. I do not recommend this cheap pump.
