I like how it's easy to use for anyone at any level with little training required or technical expertise needed by end users! It is very user friendly which makes this software great for many different types of environments (office workers as well as large organizations).

We are still trying out some new features but so far we have had no problems using all aspects available within our account management system including monitoring activity reports that can be shared via email through their web portal interface. This program has helped us save time because there isn't much manual work involved when setting up tasks such as reporting/monitoring systems on regular intervals throughout business hours.
