Sturdy and I love that there is a cover for the keyhole to keep out dust and water. I still recommend spraying it with WD40 to prevent rust, although it appears to be rust resistant. This is the second I've bought from them. One was for my sister for her hitch and she was very happy with it too. Ergonomically, it's very easy to install, although it has locking and unlocking holes, which is very important to me as I hate fiddling with things. I always end up breaking my fingers on things that don't go together smoothly. So this is a big plus of this lock.
