This filter fits my Suzuki GZ250. It only comes with a filter. If you need to replace the o-rings, you will need to purchase them separately. If they are not torn or stretched, you should be able to reuse the o-rings. There are a few things to note when replacing this filter in the GZ250: There are two o-rings, a small one that fits under the filter and a large one that fits under the cap. There is also a source. Be careful of where they are when removing the filter as the rings and spring will most likely fall into the used oil pan or remain on the old filter or cap. The o-ring and spring are important as they allow the oil to pass through the filter (not around it).
