The best part of this system was that it allowed me access from my computer at home or work! I could easily log in anywhere during business hours without having someone else manning our front desk (which would have been too expensive). It also gave us visibility into all aspects of operations - inventory levels/trends etc., employee time sheets were easy enough with little training required by employees who used them regularly as well. There are some features which we haven't yet implemented but they look very promising so far; however these seem minor issues when compared against how much easier everything became once installed & set up properly. We've eliminated paper entirely now since most things can be done digitally via their website interface instead. This has made tracking invoices extremely quick while allowing everyone involved within each department more flexibility than ever before regarding scheduling meetings outside normal office times.
