Review on JVC Single-Din Car Stereo Player with Bluetooth, Android Music, USB Input & Dual Phone Connection, Plus Free Alphasonik Earbuds by Derrick Milkie

Let me start by saying that I'm a big JVC fan. I bought this deck as an upgrade to a JVC I've owned for 13 years and have never been wrong other than the lack of Bluetooth! The difference in sound quality surprised me. There are many settings to change the sound quality based on the size of the speakers etc. However, am I told that my iPhone SE is not compatible when I connect it to USB? It will charge it, but that's all. When troubleshooting, I recommend checking the list to see if my phone is compatible and it says it is. It's not a big deal for me as I can just use Bluetooth and play Pandora, I can take calls etc. I had to set up Siri shortcuts to switch Pandora stations instead of controlling them from a deck. As other reviews have pointed out, bluetooth starts leaking when i leave my phone in the driver's seat sometimes, if i bring the phone closer and bring it back it clears. When I drive my phone is on the dash and it has no problem. The mic seems amazing, people can even hear my baby in the back seat. So overall it does what I need for the price but I expected more from JVC!
