I like how easy it was for my PT's (physical therapist)to use this system! It has helped me keep up with all of our patients' progress notes as well have been able touse when needed in court or other professional settings without having paper records scattered around everywhere!! The only thing i dislike about hello note now its not available anymore but you can still download previous versions so thats ok :) We are using hellonote at work since 2014 however we also used before which worked great too just had less features than hey offer us currently if they ever stop supporting their product then ill probably switch over back again because everything works perfectly fine right here :).
