This review was written by my husband. He lifts weights with a focus on muscle building and strength training. ---- Initially, I chose this drug based on the amino acid ratio. 2:1:1. This product has two very important properties. First, it gives me a boost of pre-workout energy, eliminating the need for a pre-workout. Secondly, I recover noticeably faster after training. I forgot to order it a few months ago and went a few weeks without it. I didn't think it would make a huge difference, but to be honest I definitely felt sore and sore. which lengthened my recovery by requiring additional rest days. I've had it in stock ever since. Before I started buying it online I bought it from CVS or GNC but they didn't always have stock so I tried other brands. To be honest, this one not only tastes better (fruit punch flavor) but seems to work the best for me. Each bottle lasts me about a month. I highly recommend it to people who are actively building muscle mass and want an extra boost to their diet.
