My car came from the factory with a touchscreen. Keep that in mind in my review as other fires may not have any of these issues. Well after a few weeks of back and forth with customer support I sent the unit back. They offered to send an adapter to connect the factory microphone. It wasn't specified, but the factory wires would have to be cut to connect. Support was unable to provide the correct option for any of the issues. Do not force the factory radio! There may be a bracket on the back holding it. See attached photos. -Very bright at night even when it's completely off. I had to turn off the screen several times as it was too distracting. - Does not retain most of the factory features. - Will not work with most factory steering wheel controls. - The supplied USB adapter is not compatible with the factory USB. - See picture - Bose factory subwoofer is not supported. - Device hangs for about 30 seconds after booting up. A firmware update may have fixed it, but I haven't tested it. - Bluetooth call is quite normal, if you have a modified car or hearing loss, you will not hear anything. Used for 30 seconds and had to switch to phone. When using the appropriate connections for the Bose device, an occasional hiss can be heard from the radio. Pretty strong compared to the factory unit. Unknown: This may not be exactly Android 10 based on the API level. Some apps claim it's Android 8 but can't confirm it for sure.
