My husband and I are so grateful to have this terrific skillet/omelet pan. While our house is undergoing renovations, we are staying in our basement-level guest room, which previously had only a microwave. My husband has to have his eggs, though, so I got a good hotplate and then found this terrific skillet. It's the perfect skillet, especially for our situation. It heats up quickly and evenly on the hotplate, and the non-stick surface makes egg cookery super simple. The cool looking handle stays, well, cool, and is smooth and comfortable in the hand. The eggs slide out of the pan as if we'd lined the skillet with butter. Then, since we don't have access to our kitchen, the skillet washes up so easily in the little bathroom sink! Voila! Eggs with almost no fuss and very little muss. Love it!
