Great display for gaming! FreeSync and 144Hz work with iMac in Bootcamp

I bought this monitor to use with a 2017 iMac Radeon Pro 570 and it did not disappoint. Using a USB-C to DisplayPort cable, I'm using 144Hz with FreeSync in Bootcamp! I play Destiny 2 with very high frames on low settings. I hit 144Hz in solo content and it looks fantastic. Higher settings will give you 60Hz, but this monitor should output really fast frames. Now that I've experienced 144Hz, I'll only use the consoles for exclusive games. Before purchasing, please note that this is a TN panel. What can I say, looks really good! Viewing angles are average, but with a 24-inch screen, you probably won't have to lean back and forth to look around the screen. Sitting right in front of you, everything looks as it should. I went to the tomshardware site and used their review to set everything up. The OSD is bad, but you only have to set it up once and forget about it. The stand is very solid with gaming red accents that are ugly in my opinion. It's very adjustable, but turning left and right moves the entire base. Remember. Pay attention to how much space you have on your desk. I like the addition of a headphone hook, but it's quite fragile and can snap off if you're not careful. My AKG K7XX headphones hang with no problems. I plan on moving this monitor to a full-fledged gaming computer in the future, but for now I'm happy. Take the time to read the full review on the Tom's HARDWARE website.
