Review on SNG213 Stainless Steel Screws by SNUG Fasteners by Andy Hearshman

Approximately 20% of screws deform when using an impact wrench. I drilled 1/4" pilot holes for barrel bolts into 2" x 6" finished #1 deck boards. the heads started to turn. I had to use a vise to remove the bolts because the head was rounded. The shank was so twisted that it was difficult to pull it out. I suspect the screws are made in China from inferior materials. I live on the coast so I used 316 stainless steel because of the corrosive environment. I've since used #10 # .Ordered 16 3" bolts from another company with a T25 Star drive head. I will never order a square washer again
