Well so far the kit is working well. I only gave it 4 stars because whoever assembled the wheel put the pucks backwards on the tabs. Lug washers should be outside of the rear dropouts with the lugs facing in. Mines were placed on the axle with protrusions outward from the dropouts. For the non-cable side of the wheel, this is an easy fix, I just had to flip the washer. With cable the situation is different. The washers will not slide over the connectors so you will need to remove the large white connector, move the washer and reinstall the connector. On the inside of the connector there are small protrusions on the sides of the pins that you need to pry off with a tiny screwdriver to remove the connector. To put the connector back on, gently pry the tabs out with a screwdriver, then push the pins back into the connector until they snap into place. If you try to install the washer set in the wrong direction, the tab on the drive side washer will hit the derailleur hanger and the axle will not seat properly in the frame, which is dangerous.
