It could have worked if left intact!

This device does not remain mounted; fell apart during use. Each time I pressed the stylus, the connection between this device and the other device weakened. Not only that, every time the mop spun, it came off! I got the floor clean, but not without a lot of extra work! The assembly instructions are unclear, both those in the package and those on the internet. I need to give it to another person to see if they can put it together to keep it together. Very disappointing!
