Review on TCL Unlocked Android Smartphone Charging Cell Phones & Accessories and Cell Phones by Raymond Doe

I came up with a Pixel XL that was starting to move south. But there are things I like and dislike: Smooth operation with plenty of storage The screen is pretty good The fingerprint scanner on the front. I don't have to pick up the phone to unlock it. I have one thumb (of three registered fingers) that is struggling to give consistent results. I rescanned it once with slightly better results, but still unacceptable. - Wide angle lens and macro lens. . What I don't like: - Some completely unnecessary TCL apps can't be uninstalled, some can be "disabled" (still take up disk space) and some can't. And in some cases, unnecessary permissions cannot be revoked. I feel like a foreign government is working on my data without my permission. - I spent at least an hour browsing apps and deleting unnecessary apps, disabling or removing permissions - If you zoom in on a picture taken with a TCL camera, it looks artificial. . TCL blocks Google Camera, which produces better pictures but loses some features unique to the four cameras. A little internet work and you can download the apk to get Google Camera. An open chamber is also great for. Google and Open seem to deliver the same quality, good and crisp but not over engineered. TCL adds much more sharpening and creates a more "processed" look. 64MP?, I don't think so. I'd rather assume it's 16MP with 4x interpolation. A little trust breaker. Maybe other companies do that too? Google Camera and Open Camera can't be fooled. — I would prefer a flat screen, not a screen with rounded edges. - You need to include system apps in app info section to find hidden files. After uninstalling FB app, there were still three FB apps that could not be uninstalled, only disabled in system apps. No surprises. Trust destroyer again. I was going to give 4 stars but this behavior lowered another. I know TCL isn't the only company doing this and probably better than most, but I ordered the phone with better expectations. Would I buy it again? I'm not sure. I'd go to any lengths to get a phone that's a pure Google Android experience, but I'd probably keep the phone.
