Review on Elechomes UC5501 Humidifier: Powerful 6L Warm and Cool Mist for 🏢 Large Rooms with Remote Control, Customized Humidity and LED Touch Display - Black by Michele Russell

I've been using this humidifier for about 3 weeks and hope the next review will be reasonably complete. Advantages: 1. Elegant design. The upgraded design with black color makes it a great decoration for a beautiful living room. Our guests and visitors have repeatedly praised the elegant design of this humidifier.2. Works very well. With three mist levels and multiple target humidity settings, the humidifier works very efficiently. It can also turn off automatically when there is not enough water. I've experienced this a few times.3. Low noise level. The noise is much lower compared to our previous humidifier that we bought from Costco. Most of the time this is imperceptible unless used at maximum fog level. This is very important at night. I really love this feature.4. Good sleep pattern. In sleep mode, the LED indicator turns off. The nice thing is that it still creates fog in sleep mode. Remote control. The remote works well within 10 feet. This is a huge plus compared to any humidifier I've had before. Disadvantages: 1. Power consumption. The humidifier is listed on the packaging as 280W. I don't expect such power consumption from such a small device. I hope the electricity bill doesn't go up too much.2. The filter is not included. You may need to purchase one if you are concerned about chemical buildup in your device.3. Nothing else as far as I know at the moment. Overall, this is a great humidifier with a sleek design.
