Purchased to replace a broken (5 year old) Broan exhaust fan model QTR110L-B. Strange that this fan in our guest toilet is already out of order. I'm a little worried about the other 3 we have of the same model in our other bathrooms. However, this exchange was very easy. Disconnected the connector from the headlight and removed the headlight. Turned off the fan and removed the whole device. Easily insert the new replacement fan motor with the housing. Reconnected everything and everything works great. hope it lasts My guess is that the old engine could have run less than 100 hours in 5 years. These replacements aren't cheap, but I'm glad to know I can easily fix them when others die.
