The ease of use and the way they communicate with you. No problems at all. There was a glitch for a few days and that is the only thing I can think of. The price seems high. We would have to talk with our planner about that. We used them for the funeral. They communicated with us every step of the way. They helped us find a plot that was just right for what we wanted at a price we could afford. I'm so very happy with the site. The staff are amazing! They've been there for me every step of the way. My mom passed away in April and I had to be in California. It took some time to get everything set up but they were ready when I arrived. The final day was beautiful and exactly how we wanted it.
