This chair is made primarily for BIG BACKS. I have one, that's why I bought it. But it's a BIG thing. A chair and also my ass. I'm short so it's almost low for me, it's a big deal because every other chair is too high. Nothing for people with long legs. I can't sit on the back of a chair without my feet leaving the floor. A few months have passed and every time I sit down it squeaks annoyingly. The levers for adjusting the height and tilt of the back also stopped working. It has a nice, thickly padded seat to sit on. I would have sent it back but missed the 30 day deadline so I'm doing it now.
