We can see exactly where our customers are coming from within our website to make sure that we're optimizing it correctly. It's not perfect but it does help us identify potential issues with our site and adjust as necessary. I would like to see some more customization options in terms of the dashboard design. You have to get used to how it looks but once you do it's amazing. If you're looking for something that will help track your visitors then this is a great tool to use. This helps us understand who is visiting our site and what they do when they are there.
Pros
- Great analysis tools, including data such user demographics etc., also has analytics tracking system built into their product which shows conversions between platforms easily too! Not expensive at all compared other solutions out now..and easy implementation/set up well documented documentation online.just follow instructions or read through FAQs if needed before getting started!! No need any coding experience required either :) Very
