The display has no backlight and is difficult to read unless you have a very well-lit area. The description says it works with mailers that have an automatic weight option. That's not the case. I plugged it into my computer and my email program doesn't recognize it. There are no drivers available to solve this problem. I expected more from Daimo. But for the price I can enter the weight myself I suppose.
