Not the yarn in the photo!

This is not what I ordered. I know it's the same brand, line and color name, but it's not the same yarn. Thought I'd order an old pack of birch tweed with little black threads. I thought I would order the yarn IN THE PICTURE. I need this yarn for a project that I have already started. Instead, I received a new, repackaged birch tweed that has no black threads and doesn't look the same. It's useless to me and if they drew this yarn I wouldn't waste my money.
