I compared many scan tools before deciding to buy the Launch X431. It has more functionality than many other scanning tools I've reviewed. Love the fact that it comes with a TPMS tool. Another nice feature is that the VCI (Vehicle Communication Interface) is housed on the side of the scanner body. The large screen is also a plus. I also like that the operating system is based on Android, which I assume will continue to be supported as updates are released. A few years ago I had another brand of scanner that used a Windows based operating system that worked fine until Microsoft stopped supporting it. (WIN 7). I've only used it on one car so far, but I've been impressed with the ease of use. You can pay a lot more for other scanning tools but for my needs this is the best bang for the buck.
