For the price I can't complain as it basically does the job. My original Sony TV remote (about 5 years old) broke so I ordered a new one. This guy had trouble controlling the set top box when connected to a TV (my previous one had no problems). It's gotten a bit better in that area, which is good as we only use this game console for Netflix and the PS controllers don't work properly either. Otherwise it's very cheap thin plastic compared to the one I replaced which was strong and durable. Like I said, otherwise it mostly gets the job done.
