The Safety Standards of Battat Do Not Live Up to the Company's Expectations

As a parent who places a high priority on her child's wellbeing, I was thrilled to discover that the retailer Battat emphasizes its "commitment to quality and safety" in its marketing materials. Having said that, I must say that I was very dissatisfied with the products that were sent to me. The toys were of poor quality and did not live up to my expectations in any way; in fact, there was a possibility that my child could be injured by using some of them. It is disheartening that a company that markets itself as placing a priority on consumer protection cannot live up to the claims it makes. I won't be purchasing at Battat ever again, and I strongly suggest that other parents do their homework before buying anything.

Pros
  • Conveniently, toddlers can play in this area.
Cons
  • Limited guarantee; potential product quality variations
