Tricky setup. The device "knows" what time it is (Eastern Time Zone) when it arrives. However, when I tried to change the time zone, it didn't work as instructed. It's like the button didn't work, but who knows. So I tried setting the time manually with a round shuttle. However, the wheel must not turn during this process. I had to try different movements to finally set the time. I've considered sending it back. Instructions are in small print, which is not very convenient. When I searched the internet for instructions, I found that the product has changed many times, making it a moving target to understand. I could have written much better instructions.
