I’m sure it’s good for cats who refuse to drink from a bowl. Otherwise. just use a bowl.First, the filters are arranged such that water barely flows through it.Second, the pump is just an aquarium pump, as opposed to a paristaltic pump, meaning the water your pet drinks flows through the innards of a hard-to-clean pump.Third, the pump I received was different than the one in the manual. I couldn’t open it for cleaning. It died pretty quickly so I got it replaced.Lastly, there are a LOT of little crevices and pointless holes for "decoration” that are a breeding ground for pink mold. They’re almost impossible to clean!Seriously, just use a bowl, unless your pet REFUSES to drink moving water.
