Review on VOOLTA Gravity Smart Coffee Warmer by Ryan Frazier

I was looking for a cup warmer and decided on this one. The main reason I bought it was the extra aluminum spacer for the concave bottom of the mug as almost all of our mugs have a concave bottom. The aluminum spacer is perfect for my cups. If you have a concave cup and don't use a pod, your coffee won't stay as warm, so be sure to use one. It's very easy to set up, it works automatically when you put a cup on it. I also like the automatic switch-off when the cup is removed. It also doesn't take up much space. The company provided excellent customer service, was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. I would like to warn you that the aluminum pad gets very hot and stays hot for a while so be careful not to touch it. I liked the product so much that I bought a second one.
