We are able manage our membership with an online platform so it's easy! They have great customer service if you need help or questions - I would highly recommend them as well; they really helped us get up-and running very quickly after starting at another org last year (we're excited about how smooth everything has been). The only downside we've seen thus far was during their transition period from one provider/hosting environment over into Google Apps & G Suite when some folks had issues accessing certain features such Gmail etc.- but this could be because my contact did not know all users were impacted equally across departments? This can't go unmentioned either since there may come future transitions where more employees use non gmail email services like yahoo mail which does NOT sync correctly via outlook 365 integration between gnosys login info vs what google apps account syncs properly wthout.
