The ability to manage all aspects of an organization from one location. This includes personnel/payroll information, grant processing, financials, board member appointments, event registrations, etc. It has been very useful so far! I like how it's easy to use and navigate through the platform. It also has many useful features such as the ability to create multiple accounts with different users or groups. The only thing I dislike about this program are the frequent updates they make which sometimes causes some issues when using certain programs. We are able manage our membership with an online platform so it's easy! They have great customer service if you need help or questions - I would highly recommend them as well; they really helped us get up-and running very quickly after starting at another org last year (we're excited about how smooth everything has been).
