The ability to manage all aspects of an organization from one location. This includes personnel/payroll information, grant processing, financials, board member appointments, event registrations, etc. It has been very useful so far! I have not found anything I do not like about this system thus far. However, it does take some time getting used to how things are set up compared to other systems we use. If you want a complete solution or if you deal with more than just payroll/personnel then this may be overkill but if you only need those two areas it can save mucho dinero. We were previously paying outside consultants thousands per month to handle our administrative functions. Having everything under one roof saves us money as well as allowing us to spend our resources elsewhere.
