Damaged and missing parts

Updated review: Spoke to the customer service team from ikare and they were very kind enough to come up with a solution for my product.
Thank you for your quick response.My last review was removed, I don’t believe I violated any guidelines I simply reviewed this product as being very much not worth your money and how my package arrived damaged and a lot of missing parts. I even included images of my damaged box.
