Haven't used or washed this yet so I'll edit for absorbency, strength and shrinkage later. I bought these because they are similar to the ones I bought from Crate and Barrel. If you want to mix and match C&B towels, you should know that they are smaller (before shrinking) and different shades of green (the one on the left is C&B, but the one on the right is actually a warmer green than shown in this photo). . The red tones are the perfect color combination. The lowest level in the photo is C&B, the top two levels are. They also appear to be thinner, but not by much. They are 100% cotton (made in India) and in my experience it takes a few washes for this type of fabric to become more absorbent. Given the great price on Cyber Monday, I appreciate the difference in size and color. I'm glad to have more colorful towels. The colors are great!
