Good for certain things but not very absorbent.
I really can't complain about certain tasks. They are good for cleaning windows or wiping walls. They're great for putting in a basket under fries. They're cheap enough to take a leaf and use in place of a plate (toast, hot dog, sandwich) or grate on a brush. But they don't absorb water well. Even if you grab a large handful for a spill, you end up using five times more than regular store-bought paper towels. I've tried both natural browns and whites and haven't noticed any difference. I still think they are a decent deal.
